Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the MaaS mobile apps and web platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The service
MaaS is a business tool for marketing agencies and their operators to create, launch, automate, and optimize advertising campaigns across connected third-party advertising platforms.
Eligibility and accounts
The Service is for authorized operators of an agency or business account. Accounts are provisioned and managed on the web platform; the mobile app pairs a device to an existing account. You are responsible for keeping your account and paired devices secure, and for all activity under them. You may unpair a device at any time to revoke its access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate any law or the policies of a connected advertising platform.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant MaaS the rights needed to host and process that content to operate the Service for you — including generating creatives and managing campaigns on the advertising platforms you connect.
Third-party advertising platforms and spend
The Service launches campaigns on third-party platforms using the accounts and credentials you connect. You are responsible for those accounts, for complying with each platform's terms, and for all advertising spend incurred. MaaS is not responsible for the availability, decisions, or charges of those platforms.
Domain registrations
You may buy a domain name through the Service. When you do, MaaS registers it on your behalf through our upstream registrar, and you are the registrant — the domain is yours, not ours, and we hold it only as the party that registered it for you.
- Registrant details are published. Domain registration is governed by ICANN and by each registry's own rules. Registering a domain requires you to give a name, email address, telephone number and postal address, and to keep them accurate. Those details are passed to the registry and registrar and may be published or disclosed where the registry requires it. Giving deliberately false registrant details can result in the domain being suspended or cancelled by the registry, not by us.
- The price shown is what you pay. We show the total price, including any margin over our own cost, before you confirm. Payment is taken by card at checkout.
- Registration terms. A domain is registered for the period shown at checkout, normally one year, and takes effect from the date the registry accepts it. Availability is re-checked at the moment of purchase; a name can be taken by someone else between your search and your payment.
- Renewal. Domains are set to renew automatically so that your site does not go offline. Renewal is not included in the purchase price and renewal prices are set by the registry, not by us — for some endings the renewal price is substantially higher than the first-year price. We will contact you before the first renewal falls due. You may turn off automatic renewal at any time by asking us; a domain that is not renewed will expire and may be registered by someone else.
- Refunds. If we take your payment and the registration does not complete — for example the name is taken first, or the registry rejects it — we refund you in full. Once a domain has been registered successfully it cannot be refunded, because the registration fee is paid to the registry and is not recoverable by us. This does not affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded; note that the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately does not normally survive a completed registration.
- Transferring your domain away. You may transfer a domain you have registered through us to another registrar at any time after any registry-imposed lock period. Ask us and we will provide the authorization code and unlock the domain without charge. We will not refuse or delay a transfer in order to keep your business.
- What we are not responsible for. We do not guarantee that any particular domain is available, that a registry will accept a registration, or that a name is free of third-party trademark rights. Choosing a domain that infringes someone else's rights is your responsibility, and disputes are resolved under the registry's dispute policy (for most endings, ICANN's UDRP), not by us.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaaS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
